The DoDAF 2.02 specification is enumerated on the US Department of Defense Chief Information Officer (CIO) website.
The DoDAF 2 metamodel (DM2) for the DoD Architecture Framework, version 2.02, change 1 — from the specification document entitled Volume II — Architectural Data and Models, Architect’s Guide, dated 31 January 2015 — is available on the site as a set of data model diagrams.
It can be a bit difficult to get to the metamodel, so we present direct links to it here — the best page to navigate to is: https://dodcio.defense.gov/Library/DoD-Architecture-Framework/dodaf20_logical/

The specification itself is also hard to find on the DoD CIO site. We provide it here for redistribution — the spec itself says “DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT A. Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited.”
